Participants requiring a visa for entry to Japan are strongly advised to consult with the Japanese Embassy/Consulate in their home country at least three months before the intended date of travel.

In general, it is necessary for you to receive visa supporting document from us.

(9) Mailing address

Please make sure that you make online registration and finish payment IN ADVANCE when you request visa supporting documents.
