Abstract and Paper Submission Page :

STEP 1:
Read through the PROCEDURE.
Note:
The ‘PROCEDURE' page is this page .
Please follow the instructions on this page closely.
STEP 2:
Get your ID Number by filling out your personal information and password.
New Authors:
Please click the 'ID APPLICATION' button and fill out the requested personal information and password. You will be assigned an ID Number after sending the information and password via a web browser. (The ID Number will also be sent to your registered e-mail address.)
Note:
After you have received your ID Number, DO NOT REGISTER AGAIN.
Authors with ID Numbers:
Please skip this STEP. Please login using the ID Number you have already obtained and the password you have already registered.
STEP 3:
Enter your ID Number & Password and login to your Personal Page.
If you have forgotten your password, please click the ‘RESEND PASSWORD' button to go to the ‘Resend Password' page. After you enter your ID Number and the email address you registered on your Personal Page click the ‘SEND' button. Your password will be sent to your email address.
STEP 4:

After you have successfully logged-in you will see your Personal Page, as pictured above.
This page has some tabs. In the above image, you can see the ‘Personal Information' tab and ‘Abstract & Paper' tab.
(1) Please click the ‘Abstract & Paper' tab to SUBMIT/REVISE/CONFIRM your abstract or paper.
General information regarding submission:
Only one presentation is allowed per person. You can submit only one Abstract & Paper for your presentation.

Note 1:
Please submit your Abstract using Row 1, and your Paper using Row 2.
Note 2:
To make a new submission or to revise or confirm your already submitted abstract or paper, please click the ‘SUBMIT/REVISE/CONFIRM' button in the corresponding row number.
It is not possible to revise and/or submit your abstract and paper after the deadlines.
Note 3:
After your submission has been reviewed, the result (“Accepted” or “Rejected”) will be announced in the Acceptance field. Please confirm the details by clicking the newly created link (“Accepted” or “Rejected”) in this field.
(2) About the SUBMISSION PAGE:
There are four steps in the submission process. Please read the following carefully. All items in all four steps must be filled out in order to complete your submission.
General information regarding sending information via a web browser:
Please be aware that clicking the buttons numerous times may result in a system error.
Please do not close your browser until all steps have been completed, as this will render your submission invalid.

Note 1:
If you wish to present your paper at any of the Mini Symposia, please select the Mini Symposium number from the Mini Symposia drop down list, and select ”Mini Symposium” from the Themes drop down list.
If you do not have a specific Mini Symposium in mind, please select “General” from the Mini Symposia drop down list, and select the theme most appropriate to your paper from the Themes drop down list.
Note 2:
Please ensure that the titles and authors of your Abstract and Paper are consistent with each other.
CHECK LIST for submission of Abstract and Paper:
Please check to make sure your abstract and paper information is correct.
* Are the SELECTED MINI SYMPOSIA of your Abstract and Paper consistent with each other?
* Are the SELECTED THEMES of your Abstract and Paper consistent with each other?
* Are the TITLES of your Abstract and Paper consistent with each other?
* Are the AUTHORS (including AUTHOR ORDERING) of your Abstract and Paper consistent with each other?
* Are the SELECTED SPEAKERS of your Abstract and Paper consistent with each other? |
